Inov-8 x waterfall trail running workshop

In mid-June, the world’s leading all terrain footwear brand inov-8 held a four-session trail running workshop jointly with Waterfall Sports & Wellness and award-winning trail running coach, Wong Ho Fai. The workshop aimed to teach runners trail running and muscle strengthening skills and to introduce the sport to more people in town.
