Hong Kong Descente Cup 2015
Hong Kong Descente Cup and participants have been progressing for 11 years! The Cup tournament this year was happy to move to Palm Island Resort Golf Course for added competitiveness, excitement and enjoyment. The annual event, as one the major convergences of elite golfers from around the world, is in fact a token of appreciation for our customers’ support and patronage for so many years. The grand event this year was attended by Descente VIPs, golf trade representatives, professional golfers, the media as well as showbiz celebrities. Let’s swing out for the wonderful 11th year of the Hong Kong Descente Cup!
HK Descente Cup 2015 at Palm Island Resort Golf Course was in fact a golf pro- and showbiz star-studded event with a record number of 140 players competing this year. Attendees included brand VIP members, the golf trade elite and many showbiz celebrities, namely artistes Eric Suen Yiu Wai, Edmond So Chi Wai, Patrick Tang Chi Fung, Kelvin Kwan Chor Yiu, Jason Chan Pak Yu, Lau Dan, Billy Lau Nam Kwong; artistes Vivian Lai Sui Yan, Joyce Tan Lai Ming, Yvonne Lam Yi Kei; singers Stephanie Che Yuen Yuen, Wah Wah; filmmaker Henry Fong Ping, ssong-writer Andrew Lam Man Chung. All of them were kind enough to break away from their busy schedules just for HK Descente Cup 2015! Competing PGA golf pros and these celebs alike acknowledged and commended the Descente brand of excellence.
And to keep and extend the fame of this grand Hong Kong golf party, HK Descente Cup 2015 provided entertainment spectaculars at night to reward daytime competition golfers and guests with a grand dinner, which presented not only palatal enjoyments, but also sensational audio and visual delights. The gala dinner started with female drummers performing in aquatic LED effects and with funny games to follow for all to share the excitement and heated atmosphere. The highlight show time came when beauties in Middle Eastern costumes belly-danced to enchant the audience with applausive performances. Then there was the climax of the night when grand prizes worth HK$1 million were presented to winning tournament golfers.
